Each cue goes through a 5-point quality control check before it leaves
the factory, and 1-year warranty on parts and workmanship. Cues
comes with free joint protectors.

The CueStix Warranty
CueStix will honor a one-year warranty for all manufacturer defects on
5280 Cues. Claims after one year are subject to manufacturer approval.
All returns must be properly packaged, and insufficient packaging will void all warranties
and guarantees.

All "In Stock" orders placed Monday through Friday usually ship within 24-48 hours.
