Groovystuff furniture and accessories are quality handcrafted products suitable for their intended use and warranted against manufacturer defects.

Please note however that individually selected materials and the handcrafted process will mean that the furniture style is subject to irregularities. While this assures each item has a specifically unique character, it also means that product illustrations, colors, and dimensions will vary. Also, normal cracking adds to the handcrafted nature of the furniture. These irregularities, characteristic variations and normal cracking are not considered reasons for return.

All returns or local repairs must have prior written approval.

For many years, this wood was not available to the public. Only recently has this vintage prized wood come to the marketplace. Soon demand will exceed supply, and the vintage collection you see in its purity today will be reduced to accents of varying degree. Each piece you see is designed for today's lifestyle from yesterday's antiquities. The rich colors and tight grains of this ancient teakwood combine to form the unique character and patina of this collection. Any piece chosen will become a collectible to treasure for generations. If kept outdoors, your collectible will turn silver gray as only mature teakwood does. Shipping Info

All "In Stock" orders placed Monday through Friday usually ship within 2-3 business days.

Items made to order require additional time prior to being shipped. This will be noted on the product description page.

Item will be shipped by common carrier, like Road Way, Bekin, etc. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery by common carrier. Also, most common carrier deliveries are made by tractor-trailer, so they must have access and be able to maneuver into your location.

For common carrier, there is an additional charge if you want your item unloaded or delivered inside the premises. To avoid this additional charge, please make your own arrangements to unload the item.

PLEASE NOTE: Additional charge for unloading or delivery inside is not included with standard common carrier shipping, and must be quoted on an individual basis. Please email orders@grinnsbilliardcafe.com if you would like to be quoted a price for this additional service.

Deliveries by common carrier may also be made "will call" to a shipping terminal, where you arrange to have the item picked up. Please email orders@grinnsbilliardcafe.com if you would like this method of delivery. When emailing Grinns, be sure to include your order information.

For all deliveries, you must be present to accept delivery and inspect the item. Any damages or problems must be noted on the delivery receipt. If the item is dropped off and cannot be inspected immediately, the paperwork must be marked "Subject to Inspection."

Returns are accepted for mis-shipments and damaged items, notify Grinns and the carrier immediately, and hold onto the original packaging. Return authorization requests for mis-shipments or damaged items must be made within 72 hours of receipt of goods.
